The Casey Children and Family Fellowship Program aims to change youth-serving institutions in states and localities by helping key leaders develop strategic vision, planning ability, organizational understanding, and communication skills. The fellowship explicitly strives to increase the pool of leaders with the vision and ability to frame and sustain major system reforms and community capacity-building initiatives that benefit large numbers of children and families. The fellowship is an intensive 11-month, full-time program for outstanding mid- to senior-level professionals who aspire to leadership positions where they can help shape the future of public, private and nonprofit organizations that have an impact on children and families.
