Well there is not going to be a big ?Free Condoms Come and Get?em sign, but the federal government does provide family planning services under the Title X program. Services are delivered through a network of 4,600 community-based clinics that include state and local health departments, hospitals, university health centers, Planned Parenthood affiliates,
independent clinics and public and non-profit agencies. These clinics provide contraceptive
services, infertility services, pregnancy tests, test and treatment for sexually transmitted
diseases, and more. Publications are available on a variety of topics, and include titles such as What You Should Know About The Male Condom, What You Should Know About The Pill, and What You Should Know About Abstinence.
