Get the government to pay for the transporting of donated supplies overseas. Through the Ocean Freight Reimbursement (OFR) Program, Private Voluntary Organizations (PVO) can obtain funding to ship commodities overseas by ocean freight. OFR awards up to $150,000 per year and ships only those commodities and only to those countries approved by USAID.
