Higher Education and Adult Training for People with Handicaps

The Higher Education and Adult Training for People with Handicaps (HEATH) Resource Center is a clearinghouse and information exchange center for postsecondary education programs and the disabled. Topics include resources on educational support services, policies, procedures, adaptations, and opportunities on American campuses, vocational-technical schools, adult education programs, independent living centers, and other training
organizations after high school. Another clearinghouse, National Information Center for Children and Youth with Disabilities, handles the concerns of younger disabled persons through secondary school.
